All orders will be shipped by within 1-2 business days unless I let you know otherwise.
All items are shipped with delivery confirmation for domestic orders. After the items are shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost due to post office error. For that reason, please let me know if you need insurance for your items. You can pay add'l fee to insure your packages. Please send me a convo regarding shipping insurance before you purchase the items.
After three days of non-payment, orders will be canceled

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
