INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship via USPS First-Class Mail Parcel or Priority Small Flat Rate Box unless otherwise specified. Tracking and insurance are strongly encouraged on orders over $100 or that are time sensitive. A tracking number is included in shipping cost of $100 or more. International shipping doesn't come with tracking insurance unless you go with registered mail. Email us for pricing on upgrading international shipping. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are the buyer responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges.

Shipping Damages We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers. If you have a shipping damage claim, please contact the shipping carrier and us as soon as possible. We will do what is reasonable to assist you with your damage claim.
Lost Orders We encourage my customers to pay for the optional Insurance coverage to cover any losses for an order, especially, for high dollar value orders. Once the package is shipped out, it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company of choice to resolve the lost order.
We accept major credit cards and Paypal payments. We will ship the product once the payment is confirmed.
Returns & exchanges
We do our best to describe our products. However, if you are not satisfy with your purchase please return it within 10 days from the original purchase for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not included in refund. All items must be returned in their original state.
