Northern Country Girl Designs only uses the highest grade of outdoor vinyl. This vinyl can last up to five to six years. Each of our decals comes with directions on how to apply your custom made decal.

In addition, if your item is returned to us, you (the buyer) are required to pay for postage again. Unless the error is on our part, we will not reship items. We also will not offer refunds on returned packages for personalized items.
