Frost Point- The temperature at which moisture in the air will condense as a layer of frost on any exposed surface.
Frost Point is an infinity-style cowl with textural details reminiscent of fractals of ice or frost alternating with simple, soothing stockinette. Worked from end to end then grafted, this cowl works up nice and quick, so you can be armed against the elements sooner than later.
Materials: 350 yards (320 m) of worsted weight yarn.
US 9 - 5.5 mm needles
Finished measurements: Circumference: 47”/119 cm] Width: 8”/20 cm
Gauge: 9 stitches and 13 rows = 2 inches in stockinette stitch
Skills required: knitting flat, purling, working a stitch pattern from a chart or written instructions (both are given), grafting using Kitchener stitch or a 3-needle bind off.
