We love this personalized stocking holder! I requested a rush order and I received it with in a couple of days. Everyone who comes over to visit loves it and of course I told them where to get it!

I cannot guarantee delivery dates. Once a package is accepted by USPS I have no control over the transit of your package, but if there is a problem please let me know right away, I will do everything I can to help!

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I will not send out an order of which I myself would not be completely satisfied to receive, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 72 hours upon receiving it, I would be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

For Non-Customized/Personalized items: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in the original condition and returned within 7 days of receiving it in order to be given a full refund. If not returned in original condition a partial refund will be given.

For Customized/Personalized items: I will not accept a return for Customized or Personalized items unless I made an error (ex. incorrect spelling of any text, different
color or font that was selected at checkout), in which case I will send out new items at my expense. Please make sure your notifications for Etsy messages are turned on so you can receive any communication from me in a timely manner. If I have sent you a proof but do not hear back from you after two attempts I will still send your item(s) to you as described in the Notes you left at checkout within 24 hours of the item being due to be processed. I will not accept a return or exchange if you aren't in love with your design, even if you did not approve any proof I sent.

If item is damaged upon arrival, please send me a Convo with pictures of the damage within 48 hours of receiving it. I will gladly send you another item at my expense!

Seller is not responsible for fitting of apparel on buyer's body. Please use your best judgement when ordering.

Cancellations: I do not accept cancellations on orders after 24 hours of purchase.

For special deals and seasonal discounts: coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase. I will not refund any discounted amount after purchase.

*IF the TEXT is not included and no response to messages is given by the time your decal(s) are due to be processed, I will refund and cancel your purchase. The "Ship By" date can be found within your order information.

*IF the COLOR CHOICE is not included and no response to messages is given by it's processing time your decals will be sent in Black.
