After many failed attempts and sleepless nights of folding paper, designing, taping and folding more paper we have come to this, a finished mask.
What you are buying is PDF file of the instructions/template for the BTSM MASK. You will still require a printer, tape, paper, and scissors and a bit of spare time.
These mask are surprising strong and look amazing where ever you are, you could be dancing at a festival or walking with your kid side by side on Halloween. And if for some reason it breaks, simply reprint and rebuild.
Extremely easy build, required 1-2 hours to complete. Perfect first time mask.
I make all of my mask out of paper with a minimum weight of 65 pounds, the templates are in LETTER paper and A4.
Construction is simple, it’s cut, fold, match numbers, tape repeat. You can finish the mask however you like as they come blank, think of it as your canvas.
Once you no longer need the mask you can recycle it, or like me, push a few nails in the wall and hang it up.
Feel free to make as many copies as you want but please do not share or steal or use them for profit in any way. Many sleepless nights where spent making these, if you intend to do something along those matter please contact me and can come to an arrangement.
If you have any questions please ask.
Much gratitude, Meet the ow
Clearly did a great job! I made this and got it signed by BTSM at EDC Las Vegas. Thanks! (:

Like it a lot. Tabs would have been helpful but other than that turned out perfect. Now onto fiberglassing.

Pretty straight forward to construct. Doesn't look exactly like their helmets but close enough. Tabs on the pieces for connecting them would have made life easier. I ended up adding my own.

Q: Can you make the mask stronger?
A: Yes, you can spray a plastic aerosol product on it ( such as rust-o-leak) to give more strength and make it resistant to water. Also you can use a thinker paper, or both.
Q: When do I get this in the mail?
A: No, go to "reviews and purchases" to download the PFD file and print it off.
Q: Do I need a printer?
A: Yes, or friends with a printer, or go to a store that can print it off for you.
Q: What paper do I use?
A: Card stock with a minimum weighting of 65lbs.
Q: What do the numbers mean?
A: Each number has a twin, start by picking a number on a piece and finding it's twin on a separate piece. Cut your two pieces out and fold them accordingly with mountain and valley fold. Use a butt connection and tape the number twins together.
Q: What if I do not want to read the FAQ's or instructions and ask you silly questions?
A: We as a professional entity will respond to your question annnd wish you a thousand paper cuts.
