I only work during nap time and a few evenings a week. My family comes first not Etsy so more than likely there will be a small wait on all orders. You are welcome to convo me for a more accurate shipping time.

Within the United States all items orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First class. Depends on the weight. Included in the shipping price is delivery confirmation.
For international orders it can take 1-3 weeks to receive your order. You are responsible for all custom fees. I will not mark your package as a gift as this is illegal and my answer will be "no" every time. This is something your government imposes on you and has nothing to do with me or Etsy.
Please do not open a case against me or leave negative feedback before contacting me first.

Most items are made-to-order. Made-to-order means it is not a finished product and will need to be made. Once I receive payment it can take 1-2 weeks for item to be made and then sent out Ready-to-ship means I have it in stock and will ship out right away once I receive payment. Each listing will say made-to-order or ready-to-ship. Even though it says 1 in stock (that is something Etsy does that I cannot change) it might very well mean that it is made-to-order.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you have ordered bridal wraps and are wanting to return your order where there were no mistakes on my end and they just did not work out for you there will be a 15% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for the shipping fees to return any items unless there was a mistake or defect in an item I sent you.
If you are not happy with your item, please contact me RIGHT AWAY so we can resolve the problem before just leaving negative feedback. If item is used, altered, or damaged returns will not be accepted.
If there is an issue with your item, you have one week to contact me to let me know there is a problem. Depending on the issue a new item will be sent out or a refund will be given.
