This listing is for the shipping fees associated with returning your exchanged package to you. It includes tracking and insurance, as is valid within USA only. If you are outside of USA, please contact us for the appropriate listing for your country.

The RUSH option is for 3-4 items and is calculated from the time we receive your package. This includes processing time. It is variable depending on postal speed (remote areas, for example, will take longer). This option includes express shipping 2-4 business days.

Please note that there is not an option to exchange more than 4 items, as that would be a custom order for which exchanges are not available.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS:

§ Within Canada and the US: 5-10 business days after production (typically about 2 weeks after purchase to Canada and 2-3 weeks to the US)
§We kindly request that you DO NOT BUY our items if you need them in less than 2 weeks. If you leave a note in the comments that you require your item in less than 2 weeks, your purchase will automatically be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be responsible for delivery of items to you by ANY date we have not previously agreed to. You may return any items that do not arrive in time, but please be aware that returns incur a 15% fee, payable by PayPal invoice) for time and supplies that have been allocated to your custom purchase.

TRACKING:
Your tracking number for orders within Canada or to the US will appear on your Etsy receipt. Please note that ALL international orders (including USA!) will be shipped through USPS. This means that there will therefore be a DELAY of 2-3 business days before tracking information will be available, while the items are transferred by courier to the US.

DELIVERY:
Please understand that once an item leaves our shop, delivery is out of our hands. If an item shows as delivered on your item tracking, we will walk you through the steps to report this loss to authorities and help in any way we can. We will not issue a new set, nor refund your fees. If the item is lost in transit (not showing as "delivered" on tracking) you may choose whether we will either ship you a new set OR submit a claim for refund on your behalf.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

If you have entered an incorrect ETSY shipping address: Once we have received the item back, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the amount of the return shipping (plus any costs related to the item being shipped back to us), and re-ship your item. If you need the items sooner, you may re-purchase the items, and we will refund the first order (less any applicable shipping/other fees) when your package is delivered back to us.

If you no longer want the items, please note that a 15% return fee will apply to your refund to cover the costs of our time and supplies that we have allocated to your order.

CAN I HAVE IT SHIPPED FASTER?

Unfortunately, not at this time. While faster shipping options are available, we are completely at the mercy of the postal system for when the items ultimately arrive, and we haven't had great success. Their "guarantee" will only return your shipping fees if the item doesn't arrive; they cannot guarantee it will arrive within the time you need it. For this reason, we have decided that the hefty additional cost is not worth the risk that you will not receive your items within your anticipated time frame.

Please be aware that international orders may incur duties or taxes upon entry to your country, including USA. This is a fee levied by your government, it does not come to us, is not set by us and we DO NOT pay these fees. Please make sure to check your local customs office for additional information prior to purchase.

Cancellations: As our items are handmade to ship as quickly as possible, work often begins as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, we do not allow cancellations. Please do get in touch to ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing. :)

Additional return information
Exchanges: Please note that orders of two or more sets are created as a custom order only, and are not eligible for return or exchange. One set: While it is ALWAYS faster and cheaper to order samples ahead of time than to have to exchange an item, we're happy to offer exchanges of ONE set (ONE bow tie and ONE set of suspenders) based on the following conditions:

DO NOT USE A COURIER SERVICE FOR RETURNS (These include Fed Ex, UPS, etc). These companies charge a COD fee, and we will refuse any package that arrives to us COD.

☼ Use the return address found on the upper left corner of your package/shipping label,
☼Item must be returned within 21 days of purchase, in new, unworn condition,
☼ Buyer must pay the shipping both ways: to return the unwanted item and to have the new item shipped. Of course, this does not apply if we have accidentally shipped the wrong item.

REFUNDS: Refunds (less shipping costs and applicable fees) will be issued under the following conditions:

Made-to-match/Custom Orders/more than 2 items (one bow tie and one set of suspenders) and sale items are not eligible for refund.

Please note that an additional re-stocking surcharge may apply to items that are not received by us in perfect (re-sellable) condition.

EXCLUSIONS:

Product Disclaimer: Our products, as with all similar products, contain small, movable parts. Though we triple-test these parts prior to shipment, they can potentially break and may pose a hazard to very young children. Please use at your discretion and only under adult supervision.


Tax: On Canadian orders in already factored in to the price of the item.

Some of our patterned fabrics are very limited in quantity and the popular ones go fast! We make NO guarantee that something you see this week/received swatch of/purchased one of will still be available two weeks from now, so if you need more than one set please be sure to order them together.

All contact regarding your purchase must be made through ETSY messages ONLY. This will ensure that your messages do not get missed amid hundreds of spam emails and shipping confirmations, and that all information pertaining to your order is located in one place, as opposed to being scattered through various forms of email, phone calls, etc.
