Here comes Peter Cottontail, right in time to fill your child's Easter basket with these whimsical, colorful crayons!
The crayons are made from recycled Crayola crayons and measure approximately 1.5" x 1-1.5" x 0.5". A set of four crayons includes one each of the following colors: blue, red, green and orange. (Although I am happy to swap out any of these colors for yellow, pink, purple, brown, grey or black!) I like to use multiple shades of each color to give the crayons a unique look, while still producing vibrant colors on paper. Each set is packaged in a clear bag and tied with curling ribbon.
These crayons are not only an adorable and unique addition to your child's craft supplies, they are also a beneficial tool to help your child develop a more mature writing grip. Small, thin crayons require more control to maneuver and encourage children to grasp using their fingertips. Plus the fun shapes are perfect to inspire endless hours of imaginative and creative drawing!

Thank you for visiting my shop!
*Personal note: I first started creating various shaped crayons for use in my 3-year-old preschool classroom. I quickly noticed that my more reluctant drawers were spending significantly more time coloring when they were offered these fun crayons. I recently read that 'creativity is the bridge to learning' and I strongly believe in the importance of coloring to develop fine motor skills, hand and grip control, self-control, and patience all while having fun.
