* Made to order items will be ready to ship within 1-5 business days. If the buyer has an item that they need to receive by a specific date please make sure to convo and or email me, and I will be happy to try and accommodate the request. If buyer needs an item sooner than 14 days from purchase please be sure to inform me before purchase. A rush order my need to be purchased.

* Please note I do my best to get my orders out on time, but unforeseen delays can occur that are out of my control with the shipping company. Please also allow ample time during the holiday seasons. Once the package has been shipped the transaction is considered complete on my end and the buyer will be responsible for following up with the shipping company for any delays. I will provide the tracking number and company used when your shipment is sent.

* Please note that the buyer is responsible more making sure that the shipping address is correctly entered in. Shipments will be made according to what buyer has submitted. Buyers will be responsible to search for and provide any extra shipping costs for incorrectly entered addresses,

Payments

I accept PayPal, all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards. Once payment has been received I will start the made to order items.

Returns & exchanges

* I understand that sometimes an item is not quite what you were wanting or doesn't work out. A refund will be given for IN-STOCK items via same payment method within 10 days of reception. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. If item is received back damaged and or used a refund will not be given. BUYERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

* No refunds or returns will be accepted for special orders.

* Refunds will not be given due to shipping error or shipping delays. Please plan on accordingly when selecting method of shipment. Generally parcel post is 2-9 days from date of shipment. If buyer needs an item sooner than a 14 day window from purchase it is buyers responsibility to inform me through convo and select the appropriate shipping method.
