Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier Royal Mail. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided that you have contacted us within 5 days of receiving the item. You then have 9 days in which to return it. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE what method of return you are using, specific reason for the return, and your username/ ID. We will refund the full amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, Alternatively, you can choose a replacement or request a credit slip. We do not pay for the postage of unwanted/returned items. There is also a 10% restock. Return postage costs will be borne by the customer.

Goods Damaged in Transit Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If goods are damaged in transit please contact us within 24hours of receiving your goods and where possible email pictures of the damaged item. Items returned due to damage in transit or dispatch errors will not incur any costs and the return postage to us will be refunded. Please keep a record of returns delivery cost and forward it to us. Once we receive the item we refund the full amount including postage.
