Item details

Download pattern to make your own 1:16 scale (3/4 inch scale) cloth doll family. This sewing pattern has instructions for a man 4.5” (11.5cm), woman 4” (10cm), child 3” (7.5cm) and baby 1.5” (4cm). The flexible mannequins have needle sculpted details and natural proportions. All except the baby have wire armature to hold a pose. Basic sewing skills by hand and machine are required. Detailed drawings and step-by-step instructions are given for making armatures, sewing, stuffing, and shaping the figure. English language.
***Recommended fabrics: Doll Jersey cotton knit (De Witte Engel) or Dolskin polyester knit (James Thompson). Use a fine knit fabric with moderate stretch, about 40% across and 20% lengthwise. Using other fabrics will make the doll thicker or thinner than the original design.
A piece of fabric 7" high x 18" wide (18cm x 46cm) will make one family. Fabrics are here: https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/PrairieCrocusStudio?ref=hdr_shop_menu§ion_id=15259540
***The PDF file will be available for you to download and print after payment. Patterns are full size. Print on 8.5"x11" (letter size) paper. This pattern may not be reproduced for sale, sharing or use by others. You may sell what you make. Please give design credit to Prairie Crocus Studio.

FAQs

Yes. Combined shipping may cost less than several items sent separately. Overpayment of shipping will be refunded if it is more than my cost (postage & packaging). Combined shipping applies only to items traveling in the same package, to the same address.

No. My prices do not include VAT, GST, duty, or other fees that you may be required to pay to customs for imported goods. Etsy automatically puts "VAT (or GST) included where applicable" on the listings; they are NOT applicable in my shop because I can't collect those taxes. The exception is for digital download items to the EU: Etsy collects VAT from the buyer and pays it on sellers' behalf. Please check with your country's customs office to learn what your additional costs might be for importing goods.

When you request a custom order, we discuss what you want, the cost and when the order will be finished. After we confirm the details of your order, I will write up a custom listing for you to purchase. After payment, I will make your item. If there is an unavoidable delay, I will contact you as soon as possible. Before shipping, I will provide photos of the finished item for your approval. If something needs changing, I will make the change if possible. If you decide you do not want the item, I will keep it and give you a full refund. Sometimes a custom order is not refundable, but we will confirm that before you purchase.

My home and work spaces are smoke-free. Allergy alert: I live with two cats.

Contact me immediately if an item is damaged in transit. I will need photos of the damage, including the packaging, before refunding. Depending on the item and the extent of the damage, it may not be worth the cost of sending it back to me, so please ask me first.
