Beautifully illustrated with baby Jesus and Mary, this fold-out cardboard fan is probably from the 1930s, way before air-conditioning.
Artist Annie Benson Muller's name is printed on the front, the name of the funeral home, Burks-Walker-Tippit, is printed on the back (they also offered ambulance service and burial and life insurance).
Folds out to 10 1/4" wide, and down to 4 3/4". Height is almost 7".
Also printed on the fan is the US patent number and U.O. Carlson Co., Paris, Ill, U.S.A.
Stand not included (sorry).
There's some wear along the outer edges and a little staining on back, otherwise nice shape.
