Like everything on Etsy, our items are handmade / cut to order just for you. While we will be happy to exchange your item if it is faulty or incorrect we regret we are unable to accept returns. We also cannot accept returns on cut fabric due to our inability to sell it or return it to our supplier once cut, as they have the same policies. We offer a sample service that we recommend you use to make sure you are happy with colours and patterns before placing your order. We would kindly ask that you pay attention to the detail in the listing to ensure you are happy with exactly what you are purchasing. If there is a manufacturing fault with your order, or we have sent you an incorrect item we will replace it and cover all postage costs.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If it is incorrect or faulty please contact us within 3 days and we will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced at no cost. Every order, whether paid for upfront or in parts is given time and dedication from our staff both within our admin team and in the workshop. We also order in materials on your behalf. Deposits are used as our security that you are committed to an order and so in that case they are non refundable.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Each listing specifies the charge to your destination and you will be charged this at checkout. Please note you must consider shipping times on top of the specified despatch time (the time it takes us to make and pack your order).

All listings will have a lead time given on the listing which is an estimate of how long it will take us to make your item and pack it. Depending on the item, this can be anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. This information is also available within your Etsy account with the order receipt. It will give an estimated ship date. We would ask kindly that you must familiarise yourself with the lead time on each particular item BEFORE placing an order. While our lead times are generally accurate they cannot be absolutely guaranteed and are estimated only. Most of our items are hand made to order by a small team and lead times will fluctuate. We cannot refund items because you did not read or familiarise yourself with the lead times given.

If your despatch date has passed please contact us and we will be able to give you an update. We obtain postal receipts for all our items, and if it has been shipped we can send you a copy to prove it has been posted and advise you on when it should be delivered according to the postal service used. Please note that while extremely rare, we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post but we will be on hand to help locate it. If you would prefer your item signed for, please contact us.

While we give the option to add an inner, as standard our cushions are cover only. This is because of the high cost of posting inners, we find in most cases it would be more cost effective for our customers to purchase inners from a local store. So we prefer to give the option to either have just the cover, or add the inner if you need it. If you need an inner, you can find the listing link both within each cushion cover listing and in our store by searching 'inner'. All our inners are made locally to fit our covers.
