To Apply Your Decals:
Make sure you do any measuring of where and how you want your decal before you start. I recommend making tiny little dots or dashes to mark the spot you want it...with some sort of make up pencil, as they wipe clean easily.
Clean your surface with water and a rag to remove any dust or debris. Let air dry thoroughly. Lay your decal on a flat surface and run a debit card or credit card over the whole decal. his helps adhere the decal to the application tape. Peel the backing paper off from the application tape. At this point you will see the back side of your decal ...the side with the adhesive..and the front side, will still be stuck to your white application tape. If at some point during the peel a part of your decal has not stuck to the application tape, simply rub that spot with your card and gently start to peel again...repeat that process until the decal sticks to the tape, not the backing paper.
Now gently....very carefully..and very slowly...apply your decal to surface of the item you are applying your decal too. Now sliding your finger from side to side...slowly move you way up the decal...smoothing it and pressing it to the surfacel as you go.
Once you have it in place...take your debit or credit card again and firmly rub and gently pressing the whole decal...every bit of it....to your surface. Once you think you have it on there well enough...very easily and slowly start to peel your application tape off. Don't do it quick, because if there is an area that did not adhere..you will rip or stretch the decal. IF you should come across an area that is still stuck to the tape not the wall...gently lay that little are of tape back down...and rub again....then try to peel again. Just repeat this procedure until it has stuck. Keep peeling all the application tape off until the full decal is revealed.
The main thing and most important thing when applying decals is you must take every step slow and easy...you cant rush...everything has to be done with patience, gentleness and slowness. Temperature and weather conditions can also effect decal application. If it is too hot or too cold that can affect the application process, as can moisture in the air, such as drizzle, rain and humidity. All orders are shipped one to three days after recieiving payment and order information. Please be sure to include a current address and all necessary information relevant to your order if personalization is required, so that we can keep to that shipping time table. We do not offer returns or refunds due customer mistakes or if a customer changes their mind. Please read each description carefully, so that you know exactly what you are purchasing.
All items are shipped with tracking numbers. If a package should not arrive, we will be happy to help track it for you. If there should be an issue of any other kind, such as a claim of a mistake made with an order, we will do our best to rectify that, however please note, photo proof will be required in order to issue a refund or ship a new decal. Decal must be un-applied to any surface with application tape completely in place. If you have any questions about any of our policies, please dont hesitate to ask. We are here to help.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be granted. Complete refunds will be issued, including shipping charges, minus any fees, such as relisting fees and selling fees required by Etsy and any fees incurred if paying by Pay Pal.
Please be sure to add any and all relevant information to your order such as names, initials, house numbers, addresses and color preferences in the message to seller area at check out. If no additional information is left, we will use the names and addresses on the buyers invoices to complete the design of your decal. If information differs from your invoice, please let us know before or while placing your order.
