Orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days after the payment has been settled and shipment notice will be sent you then.

Orders will be send by e-Express (eqv. to First Class Air Mail) with a tracking number for you to trace your package online. It will take around 7-14 days to arrive (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check etc.). Mail items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing. It is a door delivery and signature is required when receiving.
* This service is only available for USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Other countries will be shipped by Registered Air Mail with a tracking code to file a tracing request with their local post office.

Customers can also request to upgrade the shipment to Expedite Mail Service (EMS) which is the quickest way of delivery. Package will arrive in 4-5 days. Customers can trace the detailed shipping status on the web. Shipping upgrades for EMS is USD25 for the first kilogram of weight. To upgrade, please contact us after you have placed the order.

We do not accept order cancellation unless very special reason. USD5 handling charges plus Paypal charges will be deducted before refund.

Brighten-u-up always make our best efforts to ensure items are correctly for every order. We highly suggest our customers to purchase a small quantities of rhinestones before placing a big order to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer two kinds of Returns and Refund.

1) Full Refund
Customer is only eligible for a full refund if wrong items have been sent for the order.
To apply for a Full Refund, please take a photo of what you have received and send it to us, together with your order number. In such case, customer does not need to return the merchandise to us. We will issue a full refund for the wrong items, or resend the correct one free of charge.

2) Partial Refund
If customer would like to return the merchandise due to personal reason like wrong size expectation, wrong color expectations, wrong quantity ordered, etc., only a partial refund can be processed. Customers are required to send the mechandise in a carefully packed envelop with appropriate dampening protective materials. In the event that the returns are damaged in shipment due to inadequate packaging, we will not accept the return or process a refund. Customers will be responsible for all the return postage charges and we are not respoonsible for mail lost of returns.
