Please note: Every package is sent the most financial reasonably method possible, to make it most cost effective for you the customer. If you want your package sent with insurance and a tracking number or rushed, please let me know and we can arrange for you to pay for those services.
Keep in mind that some packages incur delays of up to two weeks at the Canadian/American border. This may also delay your shipment.
We ship with Canada post. The most convenient shipping method available to us, as well as the most economical.

Returns & exchanges
CANCELLATIONS: If you send us an Etsy convo within 72 hours of placing the order and production has not begun on your item, we are willing to cancel your order and issue a refund. After 72 hours (or sooner if production has begun), we are unable to issue a refund as we will have secured the merchandise to fulfill your order and/or spent time on the graphic design.
RETURNS: As all our items are custom engraved, we are unable to accept returns. Once engraved, items cannot be restocked.
ENGRAVING ERRORS: If we make a mistake on your order, we will be happy to correct the error or replace your item with the correction at no charge. If the mistake was yours (i.e., you gave us the incorrect spelling on a name or incorrectly communicated the monogramming initials), then we cannot give a refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives to you broken or damaged in transit, please send us a photo to document. We will replace the item if it was broken or damaged by the postal service as long as we receive notification within 5 days of the delivery date.
