There are two ways to notify us of your customization needs. 1) You can put your personalization requests into the “Notes to Seller” section of the order form 2) you can send your list to customorders@tworoundears.com . Please be sure to include your departure date along with all other information needed for your chosen designs.

Orders are created in the order they arrive unless Rush Processing is purchased which jumps the line. We do however, try to rush orders through for the holiday/themed cruises. Typical turn around time is 6-8 business days, and may take up to 12 business days depending on volume and rush orders. These timelines are only for design/creation and does not include shipping time. To assure you receive your order before your departure date, please see the 'What shipping option should I get' section. Please also give us your departure date (from where you get your mail), so we can prioritize during congested times.

Please use the following guidelines when choosing a shipping option. Departures > 28 days: You have plenty of time. Select First class shipping. Departures in 18-28 days: First class shipping may be ok, but Priority is safer. Departures in 10-18 days: Priority shipping is a must for you. Departures in 7-10 days: Jump the line. Purchase the Rush Processing adds-on (next day processing) and select Priority shipping. Departures < 7 days: Contact us and we’ll see if it’s possible. Be sure to give us your zip code in the inquiry.
