Retro cross stitch pattern inspired by floral tiles. Contemporary embroidery chart. Mid Century modern design.
This is a digital file
This simple pattern of round flowers and matching leaves is inspired by designs from the 60s and 70s and the colour palette of turquoise blues and blue greens gives it a certain freshness and a playful twist.
The repeat shapes mean it’s quite easy to embroider but this will also make any mistake more visible, so I’d recommend not to get too blasé about it and to work it with the same care you’d put into a much more complicated design.
If this project inspires you but it's not exactly what you want, I love custom orders! Just get in touch with me here https://www.etsy.com/uk/people/grawitchsstitches and we can discuss your requirements.
The project is worked on 119X119 stitches and the finished piece will measure approximately 8” ½ (21.5cm) on each side on Aida 14. Different dimensions can be obtained by using different fabric.
This listing is for the PDF cross stitch chart of the design shown only. You will receive 1 chart that prints onto 4 pages together with a 2-page cover containing basic instructions, colour keys and a full image of the pattern for your reference.
