I ship First Class Mail with delivery confirmation/tracking and include insurance on all domestic packages valued over $80. Insurance is not included on International shipments. If you want to purchase insurance or upgrade to priority mail, please contact me for a price quote and I can send you a separate invoice through Paypal.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please give me the opportunity to make things right, (before leaving neutral or negative feedback) If you would like to return your purchase, I request the following in order for you to recieve full credit, (minus shipping).
1) Return request must be made within 3 days of recieving the merchandise. 2) The item must be returned in it's original condition and unused.
I do not accept returns on Custom Orders, nor on items that you have requested me to adjust or make changes to.
I recommend that you purchase insurance because I can't be responsible for lost or damaged items. The addresss on my Etsy shop is not my mailing address, so please request the 'ship to' information!
