We ship USPS. We choose to ship priority and first class shipping for the fact that you get a tracking number, insurance coveraage.
Priority shipping is 2-3 days with 50.00 insurance.
First Class shipping is 6-7 days. Insurance has to be purchased.
Any postage over 5.00 difference will be refunded.
Items that are undelivered,lost etc: USPS mishaps do happen, we would appreciate that you understand and it doesn't change our dedication to you.
If you decide to ship economy, we can't be responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Responsibility will be left to the buyer. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
Be sure to verify your address. We will ship to the shipment address listed with the order confirmation.
Purchases returned due to wrong or incorrect address will reship at the purchaser's expense.
International Order: International orders average 5-15 business for delivery. Bohemian Lilly can't be responsible for customs delays or lost packages.
If for some reason your tracking shows delivered and you have not received your package. We request that you check some things on your end first:
Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order.
Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot! I’ve done it to myself!
If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
Consider calling your local post office with the tracking number (XXXXXXX) and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first.
In the meantime, I will file a loss/theft report with the US Postal Inspector. They can be very helpful in finding missing packages within the postal system due to theft/fraud/misdelivery.
Non-U.S. customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be collected at the time of delivery. International buyer is responsible for the import taxes as set by their government. We(sellers) have no control over their government policies on import taxes and processes.
