We ONLY ship via USPS Priority. Typical orders arrive within 2-3 days from the order request date. A large special order, that has a specific date, can be accommodated by shipping via FEDEX or UPS - at a increased shipping cost (needs to be discussed prior to shipment). We suggest insurance on large orders placed.
Regular orders are shipped 2-5 days prior to date requested. If your order is local we'll agree to pick up, if discussed prior to ordering.
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, incorrect address information or weather/disaster conditions. Your order will ship to the address specified through Etsy, unless other information has been confirmed.
We accept credit card or PayPal at this time.
Payment is due within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Payment for local orders may be accepted in person, if we've conversed beforehand.
Returns & exchanges
We're committed to working with each of our customers. All cake pops are packaged with great care and we do our best to ensure your package arrives in the condition it was in when it left our care. Because of the delicate nature of baked goods and the fragile aspect that is beyond our control, once the box leaves our hands we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur along the way. Insurance is a highly recommended additional purchase for large orders. Please let us know of any problems or concerns. We will review these on a case by case basis.
Each order is packaged with the utmost care. It is our intent that you receive your items just as they were when they left. With that being said, once the package is under way and in the care of USPS, any damage occurring during transit is out of our control.
No refunds will be offered for shipping accidents. However, we will of course be willing to work with each individual person on a case by case basis.
***Due to food allergies please be advised that my cake pops are baked in a kitchen that produces foods that contain nuts, wheat, chocolate and eggs.
***Cake pops freeze GREAT! If you can't enjoy all of them in one sitting (which may be hard), they can be placed in the freezer and enjoyed at a later date!
If I didn't address something or you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
