Shipping & policies
Please, please, please double check your shipping address! I will only ship to the address listed on the order.
Once an order is made and payment is received, it will take anywhere from 5-10 days for your order to be delivered in the US. If there is a problem with USPS losing a package, delivery could be delayed. It doesn't happen often and is usually due to a wrong address. If this is the case, I will contact USPS and begin an investigation to try to track down the package. Please be aware that I am not in control of the delivery of your package once it is mailed- but I will do all I can to help.
If your package is marked delivered, but you can't find it, try looking in less obvious places. Often postal workers put packages where they will not be visible to others. You may also check with neighbors who may have received the package by mistake, family members who may have moved it to another location and forgotten to inform you. Your postal worker could also be of assistance to you. I do not refund items unless they are returned, but under special circumstances will be willing to send replacement items.
***International delivery varies, so please allow 3 weeks or more from the date of shipment. Customs charges are not included in the shipping price- please be aware that international customers are occasionally required to pay customs fees upon delivery. Please know the customs policies in your country before ordering.

Please read the listing carefully before ordering. When shopping online, it can be difficult to gauge the size of products and can lead to disappointment when you receive and item that is different from what you expected. All I can do is represent my items the best way I'm able to in photographs and give sizes for each product. Almost all of my negative reviews have been from customers who did not take the time to read the description.

How soon will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive in 5 business days or less, but occasionally the transit time adds a day or two. I try to ship within 1-2 business days, but on occasion will not be able to ship until the 3rd business day. First class mail takes 2-5 business days, and Priority mail takes 2-3 business days.
Can I change the shipping address after the order is placed?
Because I process orders and ship quickly, I am usually not able to change the shipping address after the order is made. I will be glad to change it if you'll let me know within 24 hours of your order.
My order has not arrived yet, what can I do?
On rare occasions, there are problems with USPS delivery. I wish there was more I can do to help in these situations, but all I can do is work very hard to get the package to the post office on time and then it's out of my hands.
If the package was marked as delivered by USPS and you did not receive it, please check to see if the carrier left it somewhere unusual or maybe ask your neighbors and/or postal carrier. You may also want to double check the shipping address on your order.
If the tracking just completely stops updating for more than a day or two, it's probably gotten held up somewhere along the way. These packages almost always show up within a week or two.
I have no control over the postal service and have the same access to the tracking info that is emailed to you. Please let me know if your order has not arrived by the expected date. I will request tracking updates via text (you can also do this through the link to the USPS website).
