Durability of your jewelry depends on the material and care. Stainless steel items are tarnish free, hypoallergenic and can be submerged in water and even can be in contact with sweat/body oils and it will not tarnish nor turn green. Brass, copper, silver plated, or gold plated (brass or copper) will tarnish if in contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, oils and sweat. Please keep these items stored in a cool, dry place when not being worn. Feel free to ask me any more questions through Etsy convo.

All of the packages have a tracking number with no additional cost, so you can track your order from the moment I send it out to the moment it arrives at your door.
All of my items are carefully packaged and sent in a padded mailer envelope. All the items arrive in perfect condition with this method. Those shipping materials are already included in your shipping cost. I want to ensure that you get your items in top condition.
Supplies are shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays). Customized items and handstamped items are shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase date.

I use the address on your Etsy order, so please make sure it is correct.

Payments

I accept PayPal and Direct Checkout (credit cards) through Etsy Payment. Taxes apply to purchases in FL State.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Any package marked "delivered" by the mail carrier will not be refunded nor reshipped. You are responsible for checking your address is entered correctly.

Please check the items when your order arrives. If there are any discrepancies, please notify me within 14 days so that I can take corrective action.

If the problem is because I messed up (yikes) – incorrect description, wrong item shipped or major flaw, then you can return it for a refund.

However, please contact me before sending anything back.

If there is no problem with the item received, (you just don't want it), shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost. As mentioned previously, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition. I will issue a credit after I receive the returned products. You will receive a refund for the item, but you will be responsible for the cost of initial shipping and the cost to ship the item back to us.

No returns allowed on customized/ hand stamped items. Please contact me for a solution if you are not satisfied with your custom order.
