Shipping & policies
Domestic Orders: We ship via USPS First Class Mail which can take between 4-7 business days to be delivered. If you need your order within 1-2 weeks of your purchase date, please purchase USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days to be delivered.
International Orders: We ship via USPS First Class Mail which can take up to 18 business days to be delivered. If you need your order within 1-3 weeks of your purchase date, please purchase USPS International Priority Mail which takes 5-10 business days to be delivered.
Please note that when shipping internationally, a package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Buyers will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by their country.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed as there can be unexpected delays with USPS. We will be shipping from either Los Angeles or New York so shipping times may vary slightly.
Returns & exchanges
Shipping: We do not provide refunds for USPS delivery issues such as delays or delivery to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your shipping address on file with Etsy is accurate. If a package is returned to us, there is the option of purchasing additional postage to have the package shipped to the correct address.
Specific to Muslin Bags: Due to the fabric, there may be slight markings on the bags that may be enhanced with heat pressing. Please note that such markings are the result of natural muslin cotton and are not defective or eligible for a refund.

BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:
1. I need a certain number of bags/tattoos (for example: 15 or 25 bags) , can I do that?
We sell our bags in sets of 5 and 10. If you would like to purchase 15 for example, please do so through the 5 bag add on link in the listing description.
If you would like a custom quantity for example 7 or 110, we can create a custom listing for $1 so that the exact number of bags can be purchased. If your order exceeds 100 bags shipping is typically less expensive in a custom listing.
2. What sizes do you have available for your favor bags?
We have 4 sizes available: 4x6 (white hem), 5x7 (white hem), 6x8 (white hem), and 12x16 (white hem).
3. Will I receive a proof before my order is shipped?
All custom/personalized designs should expect to receive a proof within 24 hours of purchase to check for errors or to request changes. The proof will be sent to your Etsy account, so please check for your proof under "Conversations." We may also send an email reminder to follow up on your proof to the email address on file with Etsy.
After receiving your proof, you will have 24 hours where changes can be made. If no changes are discussed, we may begin to process your order according to the proof that you received. Depending on the timeframe you need the bags, you may receive less time to review your proof if it is a rush order.
Personalized orders will receive 3 complimentary proofs. Each additional proof thereafter is $2.
4. Can I customize the text and/or color?
Yes, please leave the customization details in the notes section when checking out. Please note for our favor bags, colors as seen on the proof may vary slightly once transferred onto the fabric.
5. Can I print double sided on the bags?
No, we do not offer this option.
6. Is there a minimum number of bags or tattoos?
We typically require a minimum of 5 bags or tattoos per order.
7. I purchased a set of 10 bags, can I personalize each bag with it's own name?
The complimentary personalization has to be the same for all 10 bags. If you would like to personalize each bag with a different name, there is a $1 surcharge per bag. Please send us a message if you would like to customize each bag with a name.
SHIPPING OF AN ORDER:
1. My event is in 10 days, do I need priority shipping?
Yes, if you need the order within 6-10 days, please purchase priority shipping. Please also take into account that we typically take 2-3 days to make each order.
2. When will my order be shipped?
We take 2-3 days to hand make your order after the proof has been approved (for personalized orders). We recommend reviewing your proof for changes as soon as possible to ensure a timely delivery.

4. Can I use my own FedEx or UPS account?
1. How are your bags made?
The bags are made of high quality thick muslin cotton. All of our bags are heat transferred by hand and there may be a transparent coating visible which is normal for heat transfer.
2. Do you do custom designs for bags and tattoos?
Yes, we can create or change a design for an additional fee of $5, please send us a message to inquire bout your custom design! Please note the only product in our store that cannot be customized is our metallic tattoos.
