Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We don't accept refunds, however we do want you to be extremely happy with your purchases, so please convo us if you have any concerns.

We take the utmost care to ensure everything leaves our hands in perfect condition and we use packaging appropriate to the product being sent via post.
If you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit please convo us immediately. We will contact Australia post and ask them to look into it. We may need to ask for a photo of the damaged goods if Australia Post require it.

If your order goes missing please convo us. As with damages, we will contact Australia Post to investigate. We can't, however, offer a refund for items lost in the mail, so if you would like to upgrade your delivery method, please convo us prior to ordering.
