[·] You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
[·] Instant Download Listings: Files will be available to download once your payment clears (typically 1-2 minutes)

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
[·] Digital Files and Custom Orders - Due to the nature of the products, no refunds will be issued for digital files or custom orders.
[-] Returns or exchanges on physical, non-custom orders will be accepted within 14 days of delivery if original item is sent back to the seller.
Work on your design will be begin once I have all of your party information and photo (if applicable). The turnaround time noted on the listing will begin once I have all of the information needed to complete your design.
Every detail is triple checked before sending the initial proof to ensure it matches what was sent by the customer. However, it is the customer's responsibility to review all information (including spelling, details, punctuation, etc.) on the design. Your approval on the final design is agreement that all information is correct. Greyson+Sophie Designs is not responsible for any inaccuracies once the customer has given final approval. If any reprinting is necessary, it will be an additional cost.
Communication between buyer and seller is crucial so that the order is processed in a timely manner. If more than 30 DAYS has passed and we have not received the necessary information in order to complete your order, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
By submitting photos to Greyson+Sophie Designs, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission in the form of copyright license from the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold Greyson+Sophie Designs liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.
We reserve the right to display any samples of our work in our shop or portfolio for reference purposes. To protect privacy, no designs in our shop will contain the actual information or photos of my clients, unless written consent is given by the customer.
