These wonderful little quail eggs come from my remote village in Northern Thailand. I have no idea what breed of quail they are (nor does my neighbor who raises the birds ;) but they measure about 1.25 inches to 1.5 inches long. I was taught the Japanese method of blowing eggs by a friend using 1 tiny hole at the bottom of the egg. The hole is strategically placed so it's not too obvious. Once blown, the eggs are sterilized then left in the sun to dry for several days. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
**Please note that due to the fragile nature of the eggs, this is a non-returnable product**
Shipping: I use Registered First Class International Airmail. It usually takes 10-15 business days to reach the US or Europe but can take longer during the holidays.
In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we ship via Registered First Class Airmail when packages are under 3 lbs which takes about 10-15 days business days and via Economy Shipping if over 3lbs which usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks.
We can also ship via Express Mail Service but the price is much higher but does come with a tracking number and usually takes 3-5 days.
Please note that mail can be incredibly slow during holiday periods.
