Shipping & policies
We ship orders every morning, Monday through Friday! Your tracking number will be sent via email before we drop them off at the post office.
**By purchasing from Beads to Beauty, you (the buyer), assume ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY for orders shipped that may be lost, damaged or stolen in transit that were purchased without insurance. **
HOLIDAYS - There will be postal delays around the holidays! We ship every morning as usual but the average shipping time will be longer than normal. Please understand this is out of my control! If you are worried you won't get your order in time, please consider Express Mail. It's the only one that is a guaranteed 1-2 day. Priority mail and first class mail will be delayed. If you don't want your order after you receive it, contact me immediately. In most cases, you can return you order for a refund, minus shipping costs.
**Orders are NOT insured. If you would prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage, please upgrade to priority mail or express mail.**
All of our items are carefully packaged and sent in a bubble mailer envelope. Heavier packages will be sent in a priority mail box.
We try really hard to be very accurate with shipping charges. Shipping charges include not only the cost of postage and fees, but also packaging (bubble envelope, bags, and other protective wrapping necessary), etc...
I can also ship normal items Priority Mail or Express Mail... for those of you in a bind.
Please understand that I am not responsible for weather, holiday, postal or customs delays. I can not control the speed of delivery, once it is dropped off at the post office.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Normal shipping time (in the United States) is 2-4 business days. Holiday times will vary.
International Orders - take an average of 7-10 days but that's just an average. Some take an average of 6 weeks. Depending on the country and the time of year. Once I get it mailed out, the tracking information will be sent. After that, it's out of my hands. Please understand, once I mail it out, I can't control the postal system or the speed of delivery. Also, once it leaves the United States (through either El Paso, TX or Chicago, IL) you may not be able to track it until delivered. I can prove that it was shipped out but there isn't proof that you received it. I will not issue a refund on international orders if you don't receive them. So please consider adding insurance on international orders If you opt not to purchase additional insurance, you assume ALL RISK & RESPONSIBILITY. International orders may be subject to customs searches without notice, and the seller does not assume responsibility should that happen. Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applicable.

Please double check your address before submitting your order. I cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Really! I will have to charge you another delivery fee if it is returned to me. We do not issue refunds on returned items. I don't change the address you give me. The address submitted on the order is the address I use unless you message me with something different.

I hate to admit it but sometimes even I can make a mistake! <Sigh> In my own perfect world all my orders would always be correct, 100% of the time but sometimes I goof. In this rare case, let me know the problem and I will make it right.

If there is NO problem with the item received, you just don't want it....the shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost as well as a 20 cent per item re-stocking fee. As mentioned previously, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. If you are returning an item, please ship the item within 7 days of delivery.
Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition. I will issue a refund back into your account after I receive the returned products.
