Never used, factory folded and instructions in English. Packaging may have small rips or tears but contents are in perfect condition. If ordering more than one pattern, I will refund any shipping charge overages over $2.00.

Pattern is for a close-fitting, lined, floor lenght evening dress with train. Considered easy.

I've included an educated guess to the cost of shipping to each listing but the final cost will be with actual shipping costs. To be able to give you an actual shipping cost, please message me before ordering otherwise if the shipping is higher I will have to send an additional invoice for the extra. I am very flexible on shipping methods and if you have a preferred method, please do not hesitate to ask. I have access to the bus, post office and just about any other way. Some of my items can be heavy and or bulky. I am also available for local pick ups. Your item will be sent out with in 2 business days once shipping method has been decided.
I ship mostly through Canada Post which does not offer insurance for breakage of any kind just if the item gets lost; therefore i do not pay for extra coverage over the insurance Canada Post offers,$100.00
FedEx does cover breakage but can be a little more expensive.

I will be on vacation from Tuesday November 21 until Wednesday November 29 2017. If you require your item quickly, I'm sorry to say I won't e able to ship until I return.

Please contact me before paying so I can update the listing with the actual shipping costs, this will save on having to invoice you for underpayment and refund over payment. Payment expected with in 2 business days after shipping has been calculated. I accept direct payments through ETSY, email transfers from your Canadian bank, as well as PayPal. All transactions are in US funds.
