All purchases are shipped through USPS via first class mail which takes 3-5 days for United States. I do offer shipping to other countries. Shipping to other countries takes longer to receive.

Returns & exchanges

I will issue a refund if item is incorrect because I made a mistake. Refunds will be processed only after customer has mailed back item or items to Linn Twins. I can no longer accept refunds on damaged items or Items lost in mail. If your purchase is a bulk order, I highly recommend purchasing insurance. Please contact me via msg if you would like to add insurance. Once I hand over the package to USPS responsibility is now USPS. Customer needs to contact USPS if item is damaged or lost.
