This listing is for a set of naturally weathered rustic cedar planks. The pieces have been naturally weathered (no chemical has been applied to make them look weathered) and have a wonderful rustic charm. Each is reclaimed so it contains old nail holes, knots, each with unique characteristics! Ready for any crafty project!

PLEASE NOTE: These pieces have been pre-cut to measure approximately 5-5.5"x14" they are approx. 1/2" thick. There may be some fraying on the cut edges of the wood.

The grey is naturally weathered over multiple seasons and will show some variation in color. Due to the variation in naturally weathered wood, each piece may vary slightly in; grain pattern, coloring, shape, size, curve, knots, blemishes, fraying and weathering.

Most of the items in our shop are made from wood we, ourselves, sustainably grow, mill and finish ourselves. All of the painted items are done so by myself, Sarah, by hand, and without the aid of vinyl stickers or stencils. Each item is unique and made just for you! Most of our items can be completely customized to your preferences including; stain color, paint color, how it's hung, and even font style.

Cancel within 48 hours of order. NOTE: if for some reason we are ahead and/or your item ships BEFORE this 48 hour period ends, we apologize, but we will NOT be able to cancel or refund your order. Many of our items are made to order, for you, with very specific personal preferences (stain colors, font styles, paint color, etc). This means we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. In the event you are unhappy with your item please contact us privately PRIOR to leaving public feedback. We would like the opportunity to help you first! NOTE: Items returned to us without prior authorization, if they can be re-sold will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Custom orders will NOT receive refunds! Shipping cannot be refunded for returns.

We are happy to ship items internationally for you. However, please be aware that our prices do not include any taxes, customs/import fees, VAT that you may be charged when your item arrives to you. We cannot pay for or refund these fees. Also, most international shipping can take anywhere from 8-30 business days to arrive, depending on your location, once the item ships. This is out of our control and we cannot refund your order if your item arrives later than expected. Please contact us with the item(s) you would like to purchase as well as your shipping address and we can set something up for you. NOTE: We apologize but due to unfriendly seller import/customs laws we are no longer shipping items to the EU.

Please note, this is the number of BUSINESS DAYS it will be (+/- up to 3 days) before your item ships. This does not include delivery time to you, which can vary by what shipping option you choose as well as your location. Again, please keep in mind these are estimates and actually shipping date may vary slightly.

We accept rush orders to make, and ship, your order sooner than our normal processing time on a case-by-case basis. However, you will need to contact us PRIOR to ordering with the item you would like to order and the date you would need it by. Rush orders require additional fees depending on how quickly your order needs to be made and shipped and what item you're ordering. RUSH FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE even if you cancel your immediately after it's made. This is because we only allow for a certain number of "rush spots" a week. If you fill a rush slot, this is a spot we cannot give to another customer. If a rush order is cancelled BEFORE we start work on your item we can issue a refund on the full ITEM cost but NOT the rush fee.

If you're ordering multiple items and the total seems high, please contact us and we can check that for you before purchasing. However, we ALWAYS refund overages to you when we pack and print your shipping label. For larger items that ship fed ex (which can't ship to PO boxes!) Etsy is not set up to calculate Fed Ex, so we have to charge enough to cover shipping from us in Oregon to the East Coast. AL and HI orders may require additional shipping! If shipping smaller items we charge the cost USPS charges us + the cost of the packaging. We are happy to give you a shipping quote prior to purchase. Please send us the item(s) you're interested in and your full shipping address as well as when you need your order by for a quote.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of the damage & packaging. We CANNOT issue a refund without proof of the damage. LOST ORDERS: Sometimes packages can get "stuck"and may take an additional day or two. You can track your order by going to your profile and clicking on the receipt. Tracking numbers are provided for ALL ORDERS! If your order is marked as "delivered" and is not there please check around your home, with neighbors and your local carrier. Unfortunately, if a package is marked as "delivered" there is little we can do. We do expect our customers to provide a safe and secure receiving location for their order and we are not responsible for stolen packages.

This RARELY happens, but mistakes can happen. If we made a mistake, please contact us privately so we can fix it ASAP. -----If you believe you received an incorrect order---- FIRST, check your packing slip to make sure you ordered correctly and the item received doesn't match your receipt. If it doesn't, please send us a picture of the item you received and we will be happy to look into the issue and send out the correct item ASAP. If you believe you are missing a piece (especially if it's small) please check in the tissue paper surrounding the item and in the package. 100% of the time we've received emails that an item is missing, it was overlooked.

I was looking for rustic boards for my woodland designs, and these boards are perfect -- and a good length. Some are too short. Yes, the were received in a timely manner.

WE REFUND ALL SHIPPING OVERAGES IN THE AMOUNT OF $3 OR MORE WHEN ITEMS ARE SHIPPED!!!! All smaller (in size) product orders are shipped via first class mail through USPS unless otherwise stated in the listing. Larger items are shipped via UPS. Shipping is calculated and based on weight and cost of packaging materials.

Shipping seem high? Unfortunately in order to make sure shipping is covered we have our "add on shipping" priced to cover transport across the country. But don't worry! Overages of $3 or more on ALL items will be refunded when item is shipped. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

All of our orders are made by hand and each one is unique. Current processing time is currently 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing (please allow for creation of your order along with shipping times if you're needing your items for an event). Custom barnwood rack processing time is currently 5-7 business days.

If you would like an order shipped via a method other than that in the listing such as 1-3 day priority, please contact me prior to ordering, so I can set that up for you! We are happy to accommodate to your needs whatever they may be. However, please understand that this may change the price of shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: If an incorrect address is given, which results in the package being returned to us we cannot refund original shipping and customer is responsible for paying shipping once more to have it mailed to the correct address. So please double check your address upon checkout!

We will make sure your product is packaged with the utmost care but we are not responsible for damage caused by neglected packages (packages left outside in rain, direct sun, etc), as well as stolen/lost packages.

We would be happy to ship to you if you line outside of the US. Please contact us if you need us to set up an order for you!

Payment is expected upon checkout. If payment is not processed within 2 business days, your order may be cancelled. Custom orders will not be started until payment is received.

If you wish to cancel an order, no fees will be charged if the order has not yet been made or started. If a personalized order has been created we cannot issue a full refund, as the item cannot be resold. If the item has already been shipped the order cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to return the item at your expense, you will be refunded half the cost of the items- we do not accept returns on personalized items (I'm sorry we cannot refund original or return shipping).
