All orders are Shipped First Class Mail. I do offer shipping upgrades; please select it at checkout.
All sticker orders are mailed in bubble mailers to protect them from any damage.
All Sticker & water bottle label orders are processed without a proof unless you ask for one at checkout in the notes to seller.
For all other items, the first Proof is sent out within 1-2 days of you placing your order. If any major revisions need to be corrected, please allow an extra 1-2 days. To avoid any delays, please submit all your info at the time payment is made in the notes to seller section.
We currently ship labels to the USA, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. All International orders can take 10-20 days from the date of purchase to get to you. Please order accordingly.

Banners, Backdrops, and Welcome Signs are shipped via FED EX
Banners and Backdrops ship two days after proof is approved.
Welcome signs ship 2-3 days after proof is approved.
Please keep in mind that upgrading shipping does not cut processing time down.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I'm sorry, but I can not refund or exchange any personalized products. Hence it is crucial that you check your proof for any errors before approval because once approved it will be sent to print.
Canceled orders will only be refundable if no proof has been provided. If a transaction needs to be canceled, a refund will be issued within three days of your request.
Custom Designs are NOT Refundable; I will work on any request and only commit to projects that I can make with a 100% satisfaction.
COLOR Differences: Please remember that every screen is different. Color may vary slightly due to Monitor/ Printer output. It is hard to match colors with what you see on your monitor to the actual banner. A slight difference will happen from time to time. Due to the color output of the printer vs. the calibration of your monitor/ phone screen.
DAMAGES: I try to pack every order securely, but sometimes damages do happen while shipping. Please contact me right away with your claim to be able to process your refund or replacement. Please send a picture of your damage box/ product. FED Ex is great at logging box damages in their shipping notes, so I can access those for my records to validate the claim.
PRINTING or DESIGN MISTAKES If your Backdrop/Banner has a mistake, but YOU approved the proof. It is your responsibility. Banners/Backdrops are only printed with proof approval via ETSY Convo. Please make sure to check for any design/spelling mistakes. If you wish to reprint the item you will be responsible for 100% of the cost.
If I don't hear back from you within 4 days after a proof is sent to you and a mistake is made when printing. If I send the order to print due to meeting the event date time frame provided by the customer. I will take full responsibility for the print and will either send a new banner/backdrop or issue a FULL refund if there is not enough time to get you the correct one in time for your event.
