U.S. SHIPPING: Shipping is now calculated based on the buyers location. Will ship via USPS mail with free tracking and insurance provided. First Class mail and Priority mail available.
Signature Confirmation is provided free for all items over $40.00. Signature confirmation can be removed from shipping upon request by the buyer, unless the cost of the item is over $60.00.
We will only charge the actual shipping cost. There are no handling fees or taxation.
We do combine shipping for multiple purchases. All shipping overcharges will be refunded, no matter how small.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We do not ship internationally for now.
We accept credit, debit cards, Etsy gift cards & PayPal.
Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase. If more than 24 hours is needed for large purchases please contact me to make suitable arrangements as quality customer service and satisfaction is very important me.
We do not charge sales tax.
If you would like to cancel a transaction please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to cancel a transaction if the item has not already been shipped and will issue an immediate refund if the item has already been paid for. If the item has already been shipped, the buyer will need to return the item before the cancel of the transaction can be agreed. The buyer will be issued a refund as soon as the item is returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped in.
Returns & exchanges
Returns accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. We will refund upon return of the item so long as it is in the same condition as it was when left the store.
If the item is damaged during shipping we will accept a return of the item, with original packaging and photographic evidence for insurance purposes for a full refund. If the buyer would like to keep the damaged item we gladly offer partial refunds. Buyers choice.
If the item is lost during shipping you will be refunded as the item will be insured.
