This listing is for (2) original stamped tin panels salvaged from the ceiling of an old business in Seguin, TX built in the late 1800's. This tin is sturdy! It is old but very strong. Not flimsy. Each of these measures 24 1/2"x48 1/2". All show tons of character including rust and nail holes. A few tears, bends and old paint but overall a great, strong material and excellent quality for their age (over 100 years). Panels are made up of a 2 diamond shaped patterns in each 24" center with wreaths of leaves surrounding them. All of the sheets are a matching pattern although the finish may vary slightly due to it's patina. The color shown is a cross between a mint green and a robin's egg blue it was hard to capture with the sunlight. These are a hot item for repurposing. I've seen some fantastic light fixtures and various projects using this old tin. Please feel free to request more photos. Each of these has it's own flaw and so I can gladly send more pictures of individual panels and their detail. 8 sq ft per panel. 1/2" is for overlap. The second photo above shows the condition of the back side of the panel. .
Jen,I just love these rusty gems! I already have already sprayed them with a couple applications of clear coat! I plan on using them on a wall in my tiny little bathroom. Crossing my fingers that the final project resembles the vision in my head!! Will post pictures either way! Thanks so much for the quick shipping. Lori
Finished project! I absolutely love the way it turned out! ❤
