Item details

This is a replacement battery for your digital row counter, ensuring you'll always have juice to keep on counting. The batteries are AG10 1.5v button cell batteries, sometimes known as an LR1130 watch battery.

To replace the battery, remove the strap from the back of the row counter. Gently pinch the edges of the back panel, which holds the strap to the counter, to snap out. It snaps back in just as easily. Then lay the row counter on its face and unscrew the back of the counter with a tiny screwdriver, like the type you use for eyeglasses. Flip the old battery out with your screwdriver, being careful not to lift or move the row counter and without touching the rest of the electronic parts, which will be exposed. Slip in the new battery, screw in the back plate of the row counter, and then check it to make sure everything is in working order.

I personally check each row counter before it ships out to ensure that the battery is in working order. If you ever have any issue with your row counter when it arrives, please don't hesitate to contact me through Etsy and let me know.

Just send me any damaged markers (don't forget the important pieces, like the beads because I'll need those!) and I'll restring, rehang, and make them as good as new. Then I'll send them back to you free of charge.

Miniskein sets are handmade at the time of your order. Multiple sets may be purchased - just message me if you'd like a larger quantity then what is currently available in the shop. Your order typically ships within 7 business days (10 calendar days), not including weekends and holidays. Be aware that requests for customized orders may extend the shipping window. If you need something by a specific date, I recommend leaving me a note and/or upgrading to Priority shipping when you check-out. Everything you buy from me is handed directly to my mailman, Steve, before being shipped off to you!

When your order ships you will receive two emails - one from Etsy confirming shipment and another from me (Exchanging Fire) via Stamps.com with your shipment date and tracking number. Please check your spam filters if you have not received these important messages.

All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class Mail International, and heavier items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Average shipping speeds vary from 3 to 7 days in the US, and international orders can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, according to the United States Postal Service.

Delivery confirmation is included for free with your order and is available for all US and Canadian addresses. Be aware that the postal service's tracking system may take 24 hours or more to update itself and that international shipping is not always trackable.

To add expedited shipping or shipping insurance to your order, simply use the dropdown menu in your cart to select the appropriate add-on. Insurance is available for both domestic and International buyers. It typically ranges from $2-5 USD for an order and can be selected at checkout.

Please make sure that your address is correct and up-to-date, as due to shipping liabilities, I can only ship to the verified address you have provided through Etsy and/or PayPal. If you need to change the address for any reason after placing your order, please let me know immediately and I will cancel the transaction and let you reorder using the updated address. If your order ships and is returned because you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping to the correct address.

If a package has been marked delivered by the post office, that is proof of delivery and it is considered delivered. If you did not receive your package, your next step will be to contact your local post office to declare it lost and request an investigation. For further help, please contact me directly.

If you need to combine shipping on separate orders placed around the same time I will do my best to honor your request, but be aware that it may not always be possible. During the Christmas season (from Black Friday through the New Year) I cannot combine orders due to the extremely high order volume. Thank you!


Payments

I accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards, including Etsy gift cards. If you are using an eCheck or other form of delayed payment, please note that I will hold your item until I have received your payment. If using an alternate form of payment, please contact me within 24 hours of the end of the sale to let me know when you are sending your payment. If there has been no communication from you within 72 hours from the date of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel your order.


Returns & exchanges

If you receive a product that you have changed your mind about, you are welcome to return it for a refund of the purchase price paid. If you would like to exchange an item, please note that these exchanges will be processed as returns. Simply return the item as described below and then purchase the new product you would like to have.

To return items, ship the merchandise back within 14 days of receiving them in their original, saleable condition. Shipping charges for no-fault returns are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item due to an error on my part (such as receiving the wrong quantity or a defective product) please send me a convo with your name, email address, product name(s), order date and information about the issue you are having. Once I either receive a photo of the problem or the item back in the mail and can verify the issue, I will replace the item at my expense and issue you a credit for the return shipping.

Cancellations and refunds may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process.
