All items are shipped in padded or bubble wrap envelopes (unless noted in description) to protect the items. If you purchase multiple items weighing more than 13 oz combined, I will split the order and ship in more than one package. This helps to greatly reduce the shipping costs and allows me to continue to charge minimally for shipping and handling. The packages will be mailed at the same time.

All handmade cards and gift tags are packaged in cellophane bags for further protection.

All items are sent via the US Post Office and mailed First Class. If the item you order is less than 3/4" tall and not rigid, I can mail as a "large envelope", and this does not give a tracking number. Otherwise, most items are mailed as a "package", and a tracking number will be provided at no additional charge.

Each listing's shipping amount is an estimation using the USPS website. Shipping material costs have been minimally included, so any overestimation on shipping charges will be absorbed to cover the cost of the shipping materials and my time. If at any time I feel I have grossly overcharged you on shipping (more than $2), I will send you an unlisted, handstamped item of my choice to make up for the overcharge or email you a coupon code for future use.

Do you live in Colorado Springs, Denver or the surrounding area? Please convo me before you make a purchase. Often, I'm willing to "deliver in person" so you don't have to pay shipping. You can still pay by credit card because I have Square for when I sell at craft fairs or cash always works. Plus, I might have something else you want that I just haven't listed (like punches; the shipping would be too much).

Returns & exchanges

No refunds unless I feel I can't fulfill your order. This includes any packages "lost" or damaged by the Post Office. Once, I mail your package, I don't have control over it.

If you want insurance on your order, please convo me before you make a purchase, so I can create a listing for the insurance.

Additional policies

GENERAL...I don't smoke and I don't have any companion animals. Some of my used product listings are items I bought used, so those I can't guarantee as smoke free, odor free.

ABOUT MY CRAFT SUPPLIES...I'm not a demonstrator/representative for any stamping/crafting company. I enjoy many different styles of stamps and paper; therefore, I wouldn't be pigeonholed into only using one brand. So, especially for my used product listings, you will see more than one company.

Whenever I get a good deal on stamping supplies (especially new products), I love to pass it on to YOU. I believe I have very fair prices for my supplies.

There are many great small stamping businesses that need our support. Many are owned by women. Seek them out.

ABOUT MY HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS...I use high quality, heavyweight cardstock to create my cards & gift tags. I purchase my cardstock from several sources with the weights usually ranging from 80lb. to 110lb. I also use watercolor paper that is 140lb. Sometimes, I will use 65lb. weight coverstock as one of the layers on a card, mostly with white and black colors, but I always use the heavier cardstock for my card bases. Scrapbook paper with designs is usually made lighter as most people don't use them as a base.

To give you an idea on how nice my cards feel in your hands, imagine a piece of copy paper you have in your printer. It feels like nothing; it's flimsy; you can practically see through it! You will notice the huge difference when holding one of my cards.

If you can't tell, I love the feel of cardstock and paper in my hands. It brings me joy, and when it's in the form of a card, it brings me MORE joy.
