I use USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on the item purchased. Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and which shipment method is used. I provide a tracking number with each and every shipment so that you can track each step of the delivery of your order. I do combine shipping on multiple purchases. I do refund overage on shipping if it is 1.00 or more.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Although I do offer returns or exchanges on some items, I DO want you to be happy with your purchase and if there is a problem with your order please contact me and I can work to correct your order. I will do my best to correct it as soon as possible.
