Shipping will be USPS first class parcel, or priority flat rate package depending upon the weight of the order. International shipping is by weight as well. Expect a delivery date of 2-7 business days depending on where you are located at. Orders are packaged in bubble wrapping for added protection of products.

Due to lack of control over shipments we are not responsible for snow slides, earthquakes, rocks from the moon, the neighbors dog, or any other natural disaster that may delay a shipment to you. We also cannot control a postman who may use your package for a soccer ball, or the warehouse guy who decides to see how much weight he can put on the package before it explodes.
Insurance is included with priority flat rate mail service. It is not included with regular mail unless you purchase it.

Returns & exchanges

We do not refund items damaged thru shipping. Please use the insurance provided for your order to make claims against the post office for damaged items.
If you receive an undamaged item not up to your satisfaction please contact us thru etsy within 2 business days upon receiving your order.
A restock fee of 15% of the item total will be applied to the refund for undamaged orders. Items being refunded must be sent back to us intact with shipping paid by the buyer.

Once an order is shipped it is out of our hands. Any order that doesn't show up will be the responsibility of the buyer to contact his/her local post office to find out the delay or where the package was delivered. There's just not much we can do to help you with an order once its out of our hands.
