Shipping & policies
I pack the items with love and care since I created each one of them. If you want me to gift wrap, just send me a message and also tell me to leave out the paper receipt if it's shipped directly to the recipient.
Normally I use USPS first class for the shipment, but you can always request for special delivery.
UPS, FedEx are available for your preference. Please leave a note or convo me, but the costs may vary.
I will ALWAYS ship to the address given during Etsy checkout. Please double check before submitting an order.

Expedited Mail or Rush order
The shipping method you choose does not affect the processing time for your order, which is always up to 1-3 business days.
You should expect to receive the package within 10 business days if you are in the United States.
For people located outside of the United States, it can take up to 4-5 weeks for the packages to be cleared from the custom and delivered to you. I have no control over it. The buyer may be charged for custom fees depending on the country's policy.
I do not hand write or type the shipping label; It's directly printed from your order. I also double check to make sure everything is correct before shipping the orders. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for the missing packages because I do not have control over the packages once they are turned over to the postal carriers. All my packages come with tracking numbers, so the records you see on the tracking are marked by the postal carriers. Feel free to contact them for any issues. International orders are automatically insured.
You do not need a Paypal Account to pay for your items through Paypal.
Choose the Paypal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Please read carefully before submitting an order. I do wish all of you love my products, but nothing is perfect for everyone. Reviews are super important to me, please don’t give a bad feedback, to be honest with you, even a "four star" rating will affect me badly. Any problems can be solved when we work together.
I do offer refund and exchanges within 14 days of receiving products. Items should not be used, and must maintain in their original conditions and packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and the return postal costs, and the 20% processing and restocking fee. I will calculate the difference and refund you the rest of the amount.
Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

The materials I use are high quality. The boxes I use for shipping are weight-tested and very durable. If for any unexpected reasons that the items are damaged when you receive, convo me right away. You have options to either receive a replacement piece or a full refund.
The handmade jewelry pieces (chains and wires) are delicate and dainty, they are part of the accessory trends. If the parts/chains break within 10 days from received, you may sent it back for free repair or replacement. After that time frame, there will be a fee applied to it. Some basics for cleaning/storing your jewelry:
**Please keep in mind that handcrafted jewelry pieces are delicate, and they need gentle care. So,
* REMOVE your jewelry before sleep, shower, swimming, excising, or entering Spa. It can prevent potential damages including discoloring and oxidization.
* USE jewelry polishing cloths to remove tarnish on silver or gold plated surface.
* Tissue or paper towels are not recommended since they can cause scratches.
Some basics for wearing your jewelry:
Sterling Silver/Gold filled/Gold plated Jewelry
**All sterling silver/gold filled jewelry do get tarnish over time, it is normal the color changes.
The best way to prevent tarnishing is to store clean, dry sterling silver/gold filled jewelry in a dry airtight container like a Ziploc bag. Also, Including an anti-tarnish strip can absorb the oxidants that discolor and tarnish jewelry.
If the jewelry polishing cloth can't not remove the tarnish, use a cotton swab with mild dish washing liquid to wash only the silver/gold parts. But, hot water can cause discoloration.
Putting jewelry on after applying makeup can eliminate exposure to chemicals contained in perfumes and cosmetics.
Do NOT use Bleach or other cleaning solutions, it can destroy jewelry
