This gift box can be purchased as a packaging upgrade for the .50 caliber bottle openers and pens that we sell in our shop. The opener or pen will still be placed in a plastic sheath. The sheath will then be placed in the black box.
We ship via USPS. We try to ship as soon as possible and the amount of time depends on the item ordered. Most orders ship within three days, but it could take up to ten days or so, especially pre-holiday. Please contact us with questions or deadlines.
As for international orders, the shipping price varies greatly. We charge a standard $30. With your specific order, we will issue a refund if you overpaid once we subtract the actual shipping cost plus $7.00 to account for packaging, handling and our trip to the post office. (Example: If it costs $15 actual shipping, we will refund $8....$15 + $7=$22). This refund will occur AFTER we have shipped the item.
Payment must be received before the item can be shipped. We do accept money orders if you prefer - please contact us for more information.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

IF THIS HAPPENS,WE REQUEST THAT YOU CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL INSTRUCT YOU TO SHIP THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO US (We will reimburse you for the shipping). For US orders, refunds can be made within three weeks of the actual ship date. Please email us and let us know that you are requesting a refund so that we can watch for your package. Once we have received the product back in the condition that it was received by you, we will refund your money. International refunds will only be refunded the cost of the product plus $5 of the shipping fee. For international orders, refunds will be issued if you FIRST contact us within two weeks of the date of receipt of the product. PLEASE TRACK AND INSURE ALL RETURNS - We cannot refund any products until we have received them back in good condition. WE DO NOT REFUND ENGRAVED ITEM FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.
