The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery date for US delivery addresses and within 45 days of shipment date for international delivery addresses, with product(s) unused and with original packaging in tact (there must be no damage, writing, or shipping info on product packaging. If the product packaging is a box, this box must be placed inside another box for return shipping so the product remains suitable for resale). There is a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges to return the merchandise to us must be prepaid by you. Upon satisfactory return of the merchandise, your account will be credited. Shipping charges to and from will not be refunded. This policy also applies to "refused" or "return to sender" returns. In the case of products whose prices include shipping, reasonable shipping charges will be deducted before refund is issued.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed since delivery time depends on third parties (delivery services). We ship as soon as possible but requested delivery cannot be guaranteed. Any refund requested due to delivery past desired time will have shipping charges deducted from refund (for items with included shipping--reasonable shipping charges will be deducted from refund) and must meet all other refund requirements.
For items damaged in transit and shipped either by UPS, FedEx, or insured mail, contact UPS, FedEx, or the post office to process a claim for the damaged item(s). You will need the shipping box available to give them the required shipping or insurance numbers. If the package was shipped uninsured mail, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
