My shipments generally include fragile items and glassware, so extra care in packaging and preparation are needed to assure your item arrives undamaged. To me there is nothing worse than having an item arrive damaged with no time to replace it. Each shipping box is purchased for your particular item and packaged to avoid damage. If one of my items does happen to arrive damaged, I will immediately replace it at no charge to you. Just send me a picture and a replacement item will be sent out immediately. We will never make you put in the claim to the shipping company.
Please note that if you are ordering multiple quantities of an item the shipping time can take longer.
Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you're not completely satisfied with your product, we will refund your money.
