Additional return information
All items are made to order. We do not accept returns for any reason. If an item was shipped and it was not made per custom request or listing description it will be remade and reshipped at no charge. Items damaged in shipment will be remade and shipped upon proof of item damage. Most items are shipped insured. In order to receive replacement buyer must assist us by sending photos and other documentation as requested by shipper to file shipment damage claim.
