All our invitations can come with a magnet tile on back. Perfect option for guests to display your invite on the magnetic surfaces like fridges.

Magnet tile is 4x2cm, applied individually to each invitation orders.

FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $200 in a single transaction.

Delivery times for metro areas is approval 2-6 Business Days - depending on your local postal service. Please refer to Aus Post website for more details.

All packages are sent by Registered Post in-which will require a signature upon pick up to ensure it arrives in safe hands. Shipping & handling prices are based on up to 500g per package, by registered post. Larger orders will incur additional cost. Please contact me prior to purchase for pricing.

Unexpected shipping delays can happen, which are out of my control. Ordering in peak seasons, such as Christmas, may also result in shipping delays

If your package has been lost in the post, please message Farfalla Creations after 2 weeks of the shipping notification. I will try my best to both work out a solution.

Payments

At this stage, Farfalla Creations only accepts PayPal as a form of payment. Payment must be paid in full before I can start populating any design work.

Direct Debit available upon request. So please contact me first.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the nature of our products we don't refund any of our products once they have been approved by the buyer.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP and most certainly prior to receiving 1st proof from me.

Farfalla Creations DO NOT take responsibility for any items damaged or lost or delayed in shipping as I ensure to package invites carefully wrapped parcel. Please understand that it is beyond my control once it is handled by any postal or delivery service.

Farfalla Creations DO NOT take responsibility for any misspelling or typo after final approval is given in writing before printing. I make the final artwork from your approved proof. So please take the time to review carefully before giving us a final approval
