Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. I ship via the United States Postal Service using First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your package. The USPS usually delivers these packages in approximately 3-5 days but there is no guarantee on the date of delivery.

If you wish to have an item sent faster, select the upgrade option of your choice at checkout. The USPS includes $100 of insurance with the purchase of all domestic Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express postage.

To help reduce paper waste, invoices will not be sent in your order. If you need a copy of your invoice, you are able to view and/or print it out by going to Purchases & Reviews - View Receipt - and in the upper right hand corner, there is a link to either Print Order or Print Gift Receipt.

Once a package has been posted I no longer have control and cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. I am happy to provide insurance, at the buyer's expense, upon request. For US domestic shipments, rates are $0.75 for up to $50 of coverage; $0.80 per $100 up to $300 of coverage; and $2.40 plus $0.75 per $100 or fraction thereof over $300 of coverage.

Delivery confirmation is now available for most international orders. International delivery can take between 1-3 weeks or more and there is no guarantee on the date of delivery. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Any package with a value over £9 ($15.28 US) will incur a customs duty and anything over £15 ($25.47 US) will require a value-added tax (VAT) fee. This information can be found on the Royal Mail website:

When I ship international packages, all postage is paid and any of the duties/customs/fees assessed by your local postal service is the responsibility of the buyer. Part of the postage I charge includes insurance for international packages. If, by chance, your package is lost in transit, please contact me around 40 days after I mailed the package. I am able to place a claim with the postal insurance company between 45 and 60 days, where you will be required to submit an affidavit so that I can get a replacement package sent to you. If you refuse to pay the fees assessed by your local postal service and the package is returned to me, you need to contact me and I will give a refund of the price of your order MINUS the shipping cost.

PLEASE do not leave neutral or negative feedback regarding the speed in which your item was delivered as I have no control over the postal service(s) that handle the mail. However, feel free to comment on the timeliness in which your order was processed and dropped off to the USPS.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within seven days of receipt of your item and must be postmarked within that time frame. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, we will refund your purchase once I have received the item in the same unused condition in which it was sent. The item should be sent in original packaging with delivery/tracking confirmation provided to me upon mailing. All return shipping for exchange or refund is paid by the buyer. Again, if you are not happy with your order for any reason, please convo me so that I can correct the problem before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
