What a cool lot of 2 gold tone thimbles from the 1970’s! The two have an enamel plaque, and they do not have any maker’s mark on them. The first thimble is a Bicentennial 1776 to 1976 thimble with a red, blue, white and black enamel plaque. It measures ¾ of an inch tall and ¾ of an inch across the bottom. The second thimble has a bird motif in red and white enamel on the plaque. It measures ¾ of an inch tall and ¾ of an inch across the bottom. There are no dents, breaks, or tarnishing on the thimbles. There’s also no loss to the gold ton or the enamel paint as well. What a fun lot of 2 thimbles to use or to add to your collection!
