The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy I would be more than happy to give you a refund once the item is returned to me. Item has to be returned unused in brand new condition within 10 days of delivery. Once I receive the items back from you I will be more than happy to issue a refund minus shipping or exchange.
Custom items cannot be returned as they were made just for you. Unless damaged.
