The purchase of this listing entitles you to one high-resolution digital file: a save the date. The file that is delivered to you via your email is not a template - it is customized with your wording and colors.
- File Types - The digital file can be delivered to you as a single, high resolution JPEG or PDF, or as a 2 per page (with crop marks) PDF. Please let us know how you plan to print your order (at home, with a professional printer, copy shop, or VistaPrint) , and we will provide you with the best file type.
- Proofs - Once we receive your order, we will send you a proof to review and approve. Sorry, we cannot provide you with a proof until an order has been placed.
- Timing - 24 hours per each new proof, Monday-Friday.
- Revisions - We are happy to do a maximum of 3 revisions per order. Additional revisions are $5 each.
- Delivery - Upon approval of your proof, we will email you the print-ready file to the email associated with your Etsy account. Final files are sent within 24 hours of receiving your final approval.
ORDER PROCESSING We will get started on your proof as soon as possible after your order and customization requests are received. Once the proof is approved by you, the file will be emailed. Specific processing times are outlined in each listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the description and to familiarize themselves with processing times so they are aware of when to expect their order.

Returns & exchanges
Refunds for digital file orders will not be given once work on the first proof has commenced. If there are any issues with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to solve them.
PRINTED COLORS Please note, colors on your monitor may not match exactly to the printed materials you receive. I cannot be responsible for color discrepancies for this reason. Colors on smart phones and tablets are the least accurate. Please be sure to review your proof on a desktop computer.
CLIENT PROVIDED ARTWORK Kindred Ink Designs cannot be responsible for the print quality of artwork that is provided by the client. This includes photos, maps, monograms, entree selection images, logos, etc. Please provide high resolution artwork for the best printed result. Artwork copied from an online source will not provide a good printed output. In addition, client provided artwork will not be recolored or otherwise altered or retouched.
PROOFS Please review proofs carefully. Proof changes are limited to minor wording changes and errors.
It is the client's responsibility to identify mistakes made either by the client or myself.
TEXT All text provided for inclusion in your piece must be typed to allow for cutting and pasting (no photos or scans).
DESIGN TRANSFER Printable files offered are limited to the specific design purchased. Transferring to another design after the first proof has been provided is not permitted without incurring additional charges.
