LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you think your order may be lost in the post, please contact us within 28 days of placing your order. I will look into the issue and resend your items. Please contact me via Etsy conversations.
If an item is damaged, just let me know via the Etsy conversations and I will refund you for the item or send it again with your next order.

CANCELLED ORDERS:
Please note that Paypal does not refund the £0.20p transaction fee, so this will not be returned to you.

Payment for items must be made within 3 days of your purchase and be paid in full via Paypal, credit card or etsy gift cards. I am unable to accept cheques or cash payment for orders, sorry for any inconvenience.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days after payment has been received (except weekends and public holidays) I always aim to post within 1 day!

If I am away, I will change the dispatch times to reflect this.
When I go on holiday I usually leave the shop open for viewings and any orders placed are posted upon my return. I put a notice at the top of the shop and also in the confirmation email.
